Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") set out the terms and conditions for using the Les 4 Pourcents service, available at les4pourcents.ch and published by Blue Geneva (see the legal notice).

2. Acceptance of the Terms

Using the service implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms. If you do not accept them, you must not use the service.

3. Description of the service

Les 4 Pourcents is a talent assessment platform powered by artificial intelligence. Depending on the plan, the service includes in particular:

• a quick assessment of your talent domains;
• an in-depth assessment of 100 personalised questions and personality indicators (MBTI, Enneagram, DiSC);
• personalised AI tool recommendations and an action plan to develop your strengths;
• a conversational AI coach;
• a gamification system to track your progress.

4. Registration and account

Some features require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

You may ask for your account to be deleted at any time by writing to contact@les4pourcents.ch.

5. Plans and prices

The service offers three plans:

• Free: 1 quick assessment, limited access;
• Starter (€19/month or €182/year): unlimited assessments, in-depth assessment, personality indicators, action plan, PDF export;
• Pro (€49/month or €470/year): everything in Starter, full analysis of the 34 talents, AI coaching, priority support.

Prices are stated in euros. The applicable price is the one displayed when you subscribe. Payments are processed by our provider Stripe; we never have access to your full card details.

6. Subscriptions, renewal and cancellation

Starter and Pro subscriptions are monthly or yearly, paid in advance, and renew automatically for the same period until cancelled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by writing to contact@les4pourcents.ch. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, until which you keep access to the features of your plan.

You may upgrade to a higher plan at any time; the upgrade takes effect immediately.

7. Money-back guarantee

If the service does not suit you, you can obtain a full refund of your first subscription payment by requesting it within 30 days of that payment, without giving any reason, at contact@les4pourcents.ch.

This guarantee is in addition to, and does not limit, the rights granted to you by the law of your country of residence, in particular the 14-day right of withdrawal enjoyed by consumers resident in the European Union.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the website (text, images, logos, algorithms) is protected by intellectual property law. Any unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.

You retain ownership of the answers and content you enter. You authorise us to process them only to the extent necessary to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy.

9. Liability

Assessment results, analyses and recommendations are partly generated by artificial intelligence. They are provided for information purposes only and do not constitute a professional, psychological or medical diagnosis, nor career guidance or recruitment advice. They may contain errors. You remain solely responsible for how you use the information provided by the service.

We strive to keep the service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Our liability is in no way limited in the event of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

10. Personal data

How we process your personal data is described in our privacy policy.

11. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms. Users will be informed of any material change, by email or on the website, before it takes effect.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the courts at Blue Geneva's registered office in Switzerland. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence and may bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence where that law so provides.

13. Language

These Terms are drafted in French. This English translation is provided for ease of reading; in case of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.
